‘Rain Or Shine’ Landside Construction Begins in DP Harbor

The weather was chilly during an overcast morning when rain began to fall.

“Come rain or shine, we are going to start this project,” said Bryon Ward, president of Burnham Ward Properties.

As part of Dana Point Harbor Partners (DPHP), Burnham Ward Properties is tasked with developing the commercial-core side, also known as the landside, of the Dana Point Harbor’s revitalization project, expected to cost $600 million.
