iHeartYoga Standup Paddleboard Yoga Classes

Let’s take advantage of this California Sunshine! iHeartYoga has partnered with West Wind Sail, to offer a unique 90-minute paddle and yoga workshop! The first thirty minutes of the 90-minute class is spent paddling (excellent for the core, back, and arms) and the rest is an actual yoga practice on the board.
